  1. 400g Darrell Lea Traditional Chocolate
  2. Piping Bag
  3. Grater
  4. Silicon Patty Cases
  5. Silicon Spatula or spoon
  1. Cup
  2. Temper 100g Darrell Lea Traditional Chocolate
  3. Spoon chocolate into silicon patty cases, make sure all sides are covered
  4. Turn upside down to ensure there is no excess chocolate
  5. After excess chocolate is gone, ensure the sides are still covered
  6. Place upside down on baking paper and place into the fridge for 2 hours, 24 hours is ideal.
  7. Icing
  8. Mix 200g of melted Darrell Lea Traditional Chocolate with mascarpone
  9. Pour into a piping bag
  10. Take chocolate cups out of the fridge
  11. Pipe into the chocolate cup
  12. Curl
  13. Simply grate the side of a Darrell Lea Traditional Chocolate leaf onto the top of your filled cup.
